Joytech's headquarters occupies 31,000 square meters of modern factory space, employing over 160 people. The company boasts a precision CNC intelligent manufacturing workshop, specialized PCB insertion and SMT placement workshops, and multiple automated assembly lines, enabling fully independent and controllable manufacturing from core components to complete products.

The company is fully certified to ISO9001:2008 for quality management, ISO14001:2015 for environmental management, and OHSAS18001:2007 for occupational health and safety management. All core products have passed the National CCC certification, the EU CE certification, the RoHS certification, and the North American ETL certification. The company has been granted over 70 national patents and multiple software copyrights.

As a national high-tech enterprise, Joytech is deeply involved in the development of industry standards, having led or participated in the drafting of important standards such as the "General Technical Standard for Electric Doors and Windows" (national standard), the "Rolling Doors and Windows" (industry standard), the "Low-Voltage Door Opener" (group standard), and the "Technical Requirements for Intelligent Doors in Residential Buildings" (group standard).
